Creative Services Image Library

University Staff and others can request and licence the use of images in the Library.

Not all images will be available for use in all circumstances but you can browse or search the library and request use of any image.

ANY IMAGES REQUESTED MUST ONLY BE USED FOR THE USE SPECIFIED. THEY MUST NOT IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE SUPPLIED TO ANY THIRD PARTIES WITHOUT FURTHER APPROVAL. 

Requesting an image

To request an image you need to make a note of the file ref and URL then paste it in to the request form:

https://www.dundee.ac.uk/externalrelations/creative-services/image-request-form/

What we are looking for is:

The File Ref: “som-surgical-07-19-267”

The URL to the image: “https://universitydundee.smugmug.com/Schools/School-of-Medicine/Surgical-SkillsAnatomy/i-xgLTZw4”

A brief description of the image: ‘surgical skill nurse”

Use of image

A description of what the images will be used for and where they will be published.

The easiest solution is to have two browser windows open one for the search and one for the form and just cut and paste the file refs/URL's  into the form.
